This Complaint & Review Process exists to support accountability while protecting fairness,
consent, and due process for all involved.
Purpose of This Process
The complaint and review process is designed to:
- Address concerns related to ethical conduct or covenant violations
- Provide a clear, respectful pathway for raising issues
- Protect participants, practitioners, and the integrity of the network
- Encourage resolution through dialogue where appropriate
This process does not function as a legal, medical, or professional licensing body.
What May Be Reported
Concerns may be submitted regarding:
- Breaches of the Violet Accord Covenant
- Violations of the Practitioner Agreement
- Boundary violations or lack of informed consent
- Misrepresentation of services or authority
- Coercive, manipulative, or fear-based behavior
- Harassment, discrimination, or unethical conduct
Disagreements of belief, style, or personal resonance alone do not constitute a breach unless accompanied by ethical concerns.
How to Submit a Complaint
Complaints must be submitted in writing through the designated form or contact email.
Submissions should include:
- Name of the practitioner involved (if applicable)
- Date(s) of the incident or concern
- A clear, factual description of what occurred
- Any relevant documentation or correspondence
Anonymous complaints may be reviewed but may limit the ability to investigate fully.
4. No Guarantees or Outcomes
We make no guarantees regarding:
- Healing, transformation, insight, or results
- Accuracy of personal interpretations
- Suitability of content for individual needs
All experiences are subjective and participation is at your own discretion.
Initial Review
- LightEnergies.net administration acknowledges the complaint within 7–10 business days.
- An initial assessment determines whether the concern falls within the scope of this
process.
- If the concern is outside scope, the complainant will be informed accordingly.
Review Process
If the concern falls within scope:
- The practitioner will be notified that a concern has been raised.
- The practitioner will be given an opportunity to respond in writing.
- Where appropriate, mediation or clarification may be предложed as a first step.
Reviews are conducted with respect for:
- Confidentiality
- Fairness
- Non-assumptive inquiry
No conclusions are drawn prior to review.
Possible Outcomes
- Clarification or educational guidance
- Request for corrective action
- Temporary suspension from network listings
- Removal from the Violet Accord network
- No action if no breach is found
LightEnergies.net reserves discretion in determining outcomes based on the information
available.
Limitations
- LightEnergies.net does not adjudicate legal disputes.
- This process does not replace law enforcement, medical boards, or professional
licensing bodies.
- Participants retain the right to seek external remedies independently.
Confidentiality
All complaints are handled with reasonable confidentiality.
Information is shared only as necessary to review and address concerns.
Good Faith Participation
This process is intended for good faith use.
- False, malicious, or knowingly misleading complaints may result in restrictions on participation.
- Retaliation against complainants or practitioners is not tolerated.
