LightEnergies.net & The Violet Accord
LightEnergies.net is committed to maintaining a respectful, transparent, and ethical environment for participants and practitioners. This Complaint & Review Process exists to support accountability while protecting fairness, consent, and due process for all involved.
Purpose of This Process
The complaint and review process is designed to:
  • Address concerns related to ethical conduct or covenant violations
  • Provide a clear, respectful pathway for raising issues
  • Protect participants, practitioners, and the integrity of the network
  • Encourage resolution through dialogue where appropriate

This process does not function as a legal, medical, or professional licensing body.

What May Be Reported

Concerns may be submitted regarding:

  • Breaches of the Violet Accord Covenant
  • Violations of the Practitioner Agreement
  • Boundary violations or lack of informed consent
  • Misrepresentation of services or authority
  • Coercive, manipulative, or fear-based behavior
  • Harassment, discrimination, or unethical conduct
Disagreements of belief, style, or personal resonance alone do not constitute a breach unless accompanied by ethical concerns.
How to Submit a Complaint
Complaints must be submitted in writing through the designated form or contact email.

Submissions should include:

  • Name of the practitioner involved (if applicable)
  • Date(s) of the incident or concern
  • A clear, factual description of what occurred
  • Any relevant documentation or correspondence
Anonymous complaints may be reviewed but may limit the ability to investigate fully.
4. No Guarantees or Outcomes
We make no guarantees regarding:
  • Healing, transformation, insight, or results
  • Accuracy of personal interpretations
  • Suitability of content for individual needs
All experiences are subjective and participation is at your own discretion.
Initial Review

Upon receipt:

  1. LightEnergies.net administration acknowledges the complaint within 7–10 business days.
  2. An initial assessment determines whether the concern falls within the scope of this process.
  3. If the concern is outside scope, the complainant will be informed accordingly.
Review Process

If the concern falls within scope:

  • The practitioner will be notified that a concern has been raised.
  • The practitioner will be given an opportunity to respond in writing.
  • Where appropriate, mediation or clarification may be предложed as a first step.

Reviews are conducted with respect for:

  • Confidentiality
  • Fairness
  • Non-assumptive inquiry

No conclusions are drawn prior to review.

Possible Outcomes

Outcomes may include:

  • Clarification or educational guidance
  • Request for corrective action
  • Temporary suspension from network listings
  • Removal from the Violet Accord network
  • No action if no breach is found
LightEnergies.net reserves discretion in determining outcomes based on the information available.
Limitations
  • LightEnergies.net does not adjudicate legal disputes.
  • This process does not replace law enforcement, medical boards, or professional licensing bodies.
  • Participants retain the right to seek external remedies independently.
Confidentiality

All complaints are handled with reasonable confidentiality.
Information is shared only as necessary to review and address concerns.

Good Faith Participation
This process is intended for good faith use.
  • False, malicious, or knowingly misleading complaints may result in restrictions on participation.
  • Retaliation against complainants or practitioners is not tolerated.
Commitment to Integrity
LightEnergies.net views accountability as a foundation of trust—not punishment. Concerns raised respectfully contribute to the ongoing integrity of the network and the well- being of all participants.

Offerings

Client Terms & Integrity Agreement for LightEnergies.net
This agreement exists to support clarity, consent, respect, and ethical engagement for all participants using services offered through LightEnergies.net.

By booking or participating in any offering, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Nature and Scope of Services

Services offered through LightEnergies.net are educational, reflective, and supportive in
nature.

They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial care, and do not involve diagnosis, treatment, or guaranteed outcomes.

By participating, you understand that: 

    • You are responsible for your own decisions, interpretations, and well-being.
    • Practitioners act as facilitators, not authorities, saviors, or healers.
    • Any insight, reflection, or personal change arises through your own engagement and readiness.
2. Personal Responsibility and Consent
Participation is voluntary and self-directed. You may pause or discontinue a session at any time.

You agree to engage:

    • With awareness of your own limits
    • Without expectation of specific results
    • With respect for personal boundaries (yours and the practitioner’s)
3. Fees, Booking, and Cancellations

Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

    • Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
    • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be refunded, except in documented emergency situations.
    • If a practitioner must reschedule, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.
4. Confidentiality and Privacy
    • Sessions are treated as private and confidential.
    • You agree not to record, distribute, or share session content without explicit written consent from all parties involved.
    • Confidentiality does not apply where disclosure is required by law.
5. Practitioner Discretion and Boundaries

Practitioners reserve the right to decline or discontinue a session if:

    • Boundaries are not respected
    • The engagement falls outside their scope of practice
    • They determine the session cannot proceed safely or ethically

In such cases, unused fees will be refunded.

This discretion is exercised to protect mutual respect and safety, not as a judgment of
character or belief.

6. Respectful Conduct

By participating, you agree to:

    • Communicate respectfully and honestly
    • Avoid dependency, projection, or coercion
    • Use services for personal reflection and support, not manipulation or harm
    • Respect the autonomy and dignity of all involved
7. Beliefs and Symbolic Language

Some practitioners may use symbolic, philosophical, or spiritual language as part of their personal framework.

You understand that:

    • Such language is offered as interpretive or reflective, not as literal truth or doctrine.
    • Participation does not require belief in any spiritual system.
    • You are free to accept, question, or disregard any symbolic framing.
8. Agreement Acknowledgment

By booking a session, purchasing a product, or participating in any offering through LightEnergies.net, you confirm that:

  • I understand the nature and scope of these services.
  • I participate voluntarily and responsibly.
  • I agree to engage with clarity, consent, and respect.

The Keepers

Practitioners of the Light Energies Network
The Light Energies Network is made up of carefully procured practitioners who participate under the shared covenant of The Violet Accord.
Our practitioners—referred to here as Keepers—offer support, education, and facilitation, not salvation, enlightenment, or awakening. Their work is grounded in respect for individual autonomy, informed consent, and personal responsibility.
Light Energies does not recognize spiritual rank, lineage, or hierarchy. We are not endorsed by Ascended Masters, spiritual authorities, or any external organization. Participation in this network does not imply special status or authority.
What the Keepers Offer
Each Keeper brings their own background, training, and approach. Services may include:
  • Energy-based or contemplative practices
  • Spiritual counseling or reflective guidance
  • Educational offerings and facilitated discussion
  • Supportive practices for personal insight and growth
All services are offered independently by each practitioner. LightEnergies.net does not supervise, direct, or guarantee practitioner services or outcomes.
The Violet Accord: Shared Standards

Participation in the Violet Accord reflects a commitment to:

  • Peer collaboration, not hierarchy
  • Consent-based engagement at all times
  • Clear communication and boundaries
  • Transparency and accountability
  • Respect for diverse beliefs and experiences
The Accord exists to support ethical collaboration and continuous improvement—not to confer authority or validation.
What the Keepers Do Not Claim

To maintain clarity and integrity, practitioners within this network do not claim:

  • Authority over a client’s spiritual path
  • The ability to heal, awaken, or transform others
  • Exclusive access to truth, teachings, or higher beings
  • Endorsement by Ascended Masters or spiritual lineages
Any symbolic, mythological, or philosophical language used by individual practitioners is offered as personal interpretation, not universal truth.
Your Role as a Participant
Engagement with a Keeper is always voluntary and self-directed. You are encouraged to:
  • Ask questions
  • Set boundaries
  • Offer feedback
  • Discontinue services at any time
We encourage participants to seek licensed professionals for medical, psychological, legal, or financial concerns.

  • No outcomes, healing, or transformation are guaranteed.
